The ESPN article on Kelly's departure from Cincinnati specifically mentions that Jeff Quinn, his offensive coordinator, will coach Cincy in the Sugar Bowl. It also mentions that Quinn has been with Kelly for 22 years, from GVSU to CMU to Cincy. My question is, how big an impact has Quinn had on Kelly's success as an offensive innovator? Also, will Quinn stay at Cincy if he's going to coach them in the SB? He wasn't listed along with other candidates for the head coaching job at Cincy....
Basically, I'm just curious to hear what people think the effects of either action by Quinn will be.

I think Quinn will be OC and Martin will be DC. I bet Quinn will stay back and coach through the bowl, then bolt to South Bend. They've done it before.
Edit: To answer your earlier question, I think they know that they're both better off if they stay together. Quinn has been a major factor in boosting Kelly's profile, and he gets to ride Kelly's coattails in return.
