I think R-Kansas covers but I don't think they win. Florida's defense is a lot better than most teams Arkansas has seen, plus, it's at the swamp. I could see a 14 point Florida win, not the 24 that I've seen posted.

the Gators. I think they may outscore Florida( I know Florida has a sick D) but coming off the LSU game and Tim "jorts" Tebow is still not 100% so they can pull an upset with their O.

will raise it's ugly head this week. I don't think he'll be able to pick apart the Gators secondary quickly enough to avoid getting BOOM-Tebowed. It's been impressive to see what he's done this far, but I think the only way he puts up big yardage numbers this week is in junk-time late...

It's not going to help him that his former QB coach (and the guy who coached the secondary every day in practice against his passes) are on the other sidelines....

This one of those trap games for Florida. They're coming off a tough rivalry game, plus, they're an incredibly cocky bunch and let's face it not as great as advertised. Look back at the Tenn. game and their offense was also very pedestrian against LSU(I don't think it's just because of Tebow's injury). Mallett will proove he's the best QB on the field against Tebow...If his offensive line can keep him upright. I think it will be a 7 to 10 point game. I'm not sure I'm willing to call the upset but a close one either way. All I can say is go Arkansas.

Can we now add Bobby Petrino to the "Extreme Douche but Good Coach" dossier with Saban? I hate the guy with a passion but have to admit he knows how to coach *college* football. Look at what Louisville became after he left (literally, almost the hour he stepped on the plane they dropped down to Sun Belt goodness), and now R-Kansas is a legit SEC team with a football-thrown-through-wall-impaling QB head case...

So I am in a bar on a cruise ship Saturday, watching the featured game is the UofM Iowa game. Michigan hat, shirt, etc. A group of Florida fans walks up and asks me "why aren't they showing ANY FOOTBALL?" (Texas and Colorado were on the secondnary tvs as well.) "where's the Florida LSU game?" "Because thankfully YOUR FOOTBALL GAME is on ABC, and MY FOOTBALL GAME is ESPN." was my response. So if for any other reason than to tone down the arrogance, I would really like Florida to get BOOM MALLETED!

I would rather play one of those "real football" teams from the SEC any day of the week over a quality program like SC or Texas. Michigan is 5-1 against that conference since 2000 with New Year's Day bowl wins over Alabama, Auburn and Florida (twice). You should have just dropped some truth on them and reminded everyone on board that the conference's current reputation is merely based on the fact that OSU can't help pooping their pants every time they travel below the Mason-Dixon line. If that didn't work, a sucker punch to the genitals usually does the trick to end a conversation.

Mallett has such awesome raw ability it's scary. He reminds me a ton of Ryan Leaf (in both the good and the bad ways). The more I watch him, the more I see that a Bobby Petrino-coached Arkansas is the perfect place for him.
