Who has really good photoshop/ ms paint n such skillz?

Ok, if anyone has some extra time, I was wondering if you could take the Brutus without his head here: http://library.osu.edu/sites/fye/images/brutusheadless300.jpg and attach head that looks like this: http://media.photobucket.com/image/brutus%20buckeye%20logo/gvsu4msu/pat… except make it sad looking(frowning, X's for eyes). The reason I want to do this is so I can print it out on a big piece of paper and tie a rope around the neck and hang it from my tent for tailgating! Can anyone help me out? I lack the time and skill for it.
