Since most head coaches, like AD's have unofficial "lists" of future replacements, I would imagine that Hoke has already made a few phone calls. Whoever it is, I'm pretty sure the sky isn't going to fall over the departure of one coach.
As usual, I'm going to trust Brady Hoke to bring the right coach in.
