who is Carroll going to take with him
i keep hearing about John Morton, the guy who recruited Dillon Baxter, and Jeremy Bates, the guy who i think is the offensive coordinator. however, on rivals, it says John Morton is currently offensive coordinator, which leads to this question: who is Carroll going to take with him? one moment its Bates, then some people say Morton. i would personally prefer Morton, as he recruited Baxter, but i really dont know.

Jeremy Bates is going with him, who will be his OC. He is also taking USC's linebacker coach.

Ken Norton, Jr. He formerly of the Dallas Cowboys and son of a heavyweight boxer of no small repute.

I talked to him on the phone once when he called my friend's place in Dallas. Considering, the situation when I answered the phone, I was surprised he was so cool.

I always kind of figured that John Morton was the grown-up name for ex-Lions wide receiver Johnny Morton, who attended USC. I figured he got into coaching after he got his ass kicked in his first foray into MMA.

Anyway, it turns out that John Morton is some white dude who played WR at Western Michigan.

I watched that on tv and it was a funny fight. Perhaps Ken Norton Jr. could have done better. He couldn't have done worse, that's for sure.
Goes to show that fighting isn't only about muscle. Morton was one ripped dude.

Apparently he is not going to take the last "L" in his name with him.
