Where to Watch the Hockey Game Saturday Night?

Submitted by hockeyguy9125 on
I don't think this has been posted recently so I am throwing this question out there: Where is the best place around town to go watch the Michigan/Bemidji State game? Also, if you are going to be around town, where will you be watching the game?

The Arena would be my choice if I was in Ann Arbor. But since I'm a grad student in a different state, I'll be working in my lab and streaming the game online.

I love the Arena... Great food, lots of TV options, and reasonably priced beer. Generally the crowd tends to be less college students, and more locals, but I don't mind that at all. P.S. I HIGHLY recommend the Monte Cristo sandwich. Heartstoppingly delicious.

Sorry to hijack this, but I was wondering about NYC UofM hockey bars. I'm familiar with the football bars but not sure they'll have the hockey game and not sure I want to hunt around. Last year there was one on 3rd Ave in the 20s that seemed faily packed but I've forgotten what it was and since this game needs satellite to view I was hoping someone could point me int eh right direction. The Alum Assoc. doesn't seem to have any info.

From a seat in the Ft. Wayne Colliseum. Seriously, Ft. Wayne is only a couple hours from Ann Arbor, and there are still lots of lower level seats remaining.
