Where to watch the game in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Sorry for the question, I know there is a thread for "where to watch in X" but it seems that it is more of a joke. I looked on the bar map and there was nothing listed there and also emailed the Michigan alumni club rep in Argentina and she didn't have any suggestions ("football is not big here" was her response).
Any suggestions for where to watch in Buenos Aires, Argentina? Had to come here for a wedding and I have been desperately searching for a please to watch outside of a stream because internet is not super fast since it is more of a hostel where I am staying.
Thanks and Go Blue!

I did Google but bars here don't tell you if they are showing college football games. I called 4 sports bars and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Dude, this guy super-caveated his reasonable request to protect himself from snarky responses.
You're worse than a 1000 butts, and I don't mean Jake Butts.

You know Google is just an index to stuff already posted on the internet...
But hey, I'm sure that 30,000 meaningless hits on the keywords "Beunis Aires" and "Michigan" are a perfectly viable substitute to asking a passionate well-traveled fan base ON A BLOG ABOUT MICHIGAN FOOTBALL where to watch a Michigan football game.
Troll on.

Your sarcasm detector is way off.
How to improve it: get away from glowing screens and enjoy summertime BA and the beautiful females there

Going to try to call these guys and see if they plan to show it. Looks like the best option from all the sports bars I've looked at

Your best bet is probably going to an internet cafe with good/fast internet and streaming it from some website. At least that's my experience from traveling in Central/South America.

Wasn't there another thread that was left intentionally blank so you could fill in the city/country/state/shire you happened to be in?

Check out ATDHE.ru if you can't find a bar. There should be multiple streams and I've never had any issues with that site. You won't get HD quality but it's better than nothing.

about the 2300 block called Jiggy's. Owned and operated by ex-pat named Willie. He'll even buy free drink for every 6 puchased. Good Times.

But . . . but . . . he was supposed to just Google it and not rely on somebody who can actually give him a well-informed answer to exactly the question he was asking.
You wasted everybody's precious time giving him a good answer that will actually help him out.
We're to way cool for that kind of thing on here.

Can have some luck at the US or international chain hotels. They usually have a US satellite feed. Hit the bar and ask if they can put the game on one of their screens. If there is no overriding soccer on at the same time, you can have some luck. Try the Intercontental, Hilton, Crowne Plaza, or the Plaza.

According to internet site, Sky Sports 2 HD in Italy is showing game. I ve got decent VPN stream and an HDMI cable, but it would be nice if I can actually watch it direct on my TV here.
