When to take Denard out of the game?

He just took a shot in the last series?  This game is over!  I'm just asking!

in the second quarter, honestly.  28-0 was more than enough given the opponent.  I could live with him completing the half, though.  Putting him in for any of the 3rd quarter was sheer madness.

When the game is in hand you are supposed to give the backups game reps.  This builds depth and is proper sportsmanship.  Now that conference play has started we aren't going to get many opportunities to put in the backups until it is forced by injury.  And they won't be as ready as we'd like them to be.

Together with pulling out all the trick plays I'm not really sure what the staff was thinking today.  Minnesota was far and away the worst team we've played since Delaware State and we made some real head-scratching calls.
