When does rival and scout come out with their 2011 recruting rankings?

Scout's initial rankings for 2011 are out (well, not "rankings", but many players have been given 4/5 stars). Rivals usually releases their top 100 after Signing Day. It came out in early March last year.

I'm done worry about this class and 2011 already. I'm already worrying about our 2012 recruiting class.

Yes, because it's so very important that we - fans who have no responsibility in the recruiting process - continue to focus on the class of 2010. If we lose concentration, this recruiting class and the entire program will go straight down the tubes.
I hereby declare that nobody on this board should even mention a 2011 recruit's name (Demetrius Hart) until (Delonte Hollowell) after (Greg Brown) February (Ron Tanner) 3rd (Chris Rock).

Do you think Kiffin will get Eric Berry's 13 year old brother to switch his commitment to USC? Man that 2014 class is going to be strong.

I guess this would be a good forum to post it on... starting my own thread would probably get me negbanged off the wazoo, but two of the top safeties in the 2011 class, Karlos Williams and Sheroid Evans, are both from down south (FL and TX) respectively. However Williams has been offered by UM and Evans has been hearing from RichRod. Does anyone know more about this situation? Could we convince either to come up north?

Williams will be a big uphill battle, his relative (cousin I think?) is a linebacker for FSU.
Evans went to the same HS as Herron, Woolfolk and Stonum, but I'm not sure if new UM will have the same connection as old UM did.
