When do freshman report?

2nd Summer Session started on June 30th. Does that mean that all 2010 Freshman have reported? When does fall practice start?

Seantrel failed to report. Rumor has it, he doesn't want to attend a sanctioned school.
He probably shouldn't have chosen USC. He knew they were going to get hit with something.
the incoming freshmen, ....moved in last weekend...or a majority of the out of state did.

I'm not sure, but if I'm remembering right, it tends to be early August. I don't think their presence on campus has much to do with the Spring/Summer academic semesters.
ie they would have to be moved into to squad/wquad before the june 30th start date ...
allows them time to lift and adjust to aa
however this is not a requirment so some of them pry wont report untill practice in august
of course you can also have a case like turner last yr where you just pray they get in before classes start on the tuesday following labor day (the 6th i think)
