What you drinking?
I live in Kalamazoo MI, I love bell's however my family founded Arcadia Brewing Company so bell's is a rival but I enjoy all beer so I drink any beer with a good taste.
Go Blue
Hunter S Thopmson Beer, Brewed by flying dog brew company, the names of the beer are Gonzo, and In Heat Wheat.
Go Blue
Something tells me he would not have endorsed that....unless it has some cocaine mixed in with a twist of LSD of course. Is it good?
My self-esteem is directly related to my MgoPoints.
It is fantastic the Gonzo is very dark and at 9.8% alchol it is very strong, the In Heat Wheat is light with a hint of cinnoman. Mind the spelling I have had a lot to drink I watched Michigan get screwed in hockey, then turned to espn classic and watched Kordell Stewart throw a damn touchdown.

I'm not Flying Dog's biggest fan but I've always loved Steadman's artwork on the labels. Extraordinary work as usual.
A fifth of Seagrams 7 and coke. Putting an end to a very sad day. Had to witness a dear family friend bury her 3 year old daughter. I affectionately called her, my daughter, and my niece the Diva Crew. Now they are one short. If you have children, PLEASE do not take them for granted.

Maybe it's because I have two daughters, and the oldest is three; or maybe it's because I've been drinking... but that made me very very sad. I am getting another beer, and I hope you do too.

I'm so sorry for being the buzz kill, but I felt that I had to explain myself for being such a lush tonight.

I am sorry for your and your friends lose. Not a father but have been to three teenage funerals and it is the hardest thing i have ever encountered.

I'm so sorry. To lose a niece (especially one you affectionately called you daughter) is a pain I would not wish on anyone. I've had...shit man..I can't even think about it, let alone type it.

Ain't no shame in that! Try as I might, I'm trying to get myself in shape, but completely cutting out the alkie just doesn't gel with me, so this is what I drink when I'm downing the suds.

Been trying to expand my beer choices lately past the usual (bud, miller, etc.). Just finished a few nice, cold Red Stripes. Ya mon!
I picked up some old beer from Beer Depot in Ann Arbor. A 6 pack for like $5. It was seasonal. The season was summer though.
Has anyone tried it? I'm a big fan of most of Bell's brews, especially the best brown ale and two hearted ale, but the winter ale tastes like a heaping mound of ass.
I think it's a pretty good wheat ale. You might have had a skunked batch if you normally like that style of beer.
I've tried it. I thought it was okay for witbier, but nothing special. I had a Short's Good Humans and Kuhnhenn Fourth Dementia tonight, both awesome Michigan brews. I recommend both if anyone hasn't tried either brewery.
Does Kuhnhenn distribute now? I've been to the brewery once. Wanted to try either their Raspberry Eisbock or their Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine but neither was in season.
With Shorts, Founders, and Bells here in West Michigan (and locally distributed), I haven't felt the need to get back.
FYI, here's a good site for you.

All right Lemmings. Bring the heat.
I think Kuhnhenn is only distributed to a few places around metro Detroit. Even if not available at the brewery, you can usually find the Raspberry Eisbock at Champane's in Warren and Holiday Market or Cloverleaf in Royal Oak. I've never seen the Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine in stores, I think it is a once a year special release at the brewery.
http://www.beeradvocate.com is the beer website I'm more used to using, but both are great.

Fucking magnets, how do they work?
Drinking the last of the Bell's Christmas Ale. Sigh.

I had an excellent afternoon with my wife at the Stone brewery in Escondido, CA. After an Oaked Arrogant Bastard and a Ruination IPA with lunch, I left with a growler of Double Bastard which a friend and I tried hard to kill... and I was still able to bring some home for tomorrow. Good day.

We cracked open a fifth of Hangar One mandrin vodka last night. We ( wife and I) drank the whole damn thing while playing Wii sports. Great vodka, never had a hangover from it.
Coffee, with hazelnut creamer.

A night of Sailor Jerry's Rum 'n Coke. Not driving to the bar, or home, so I overdid it a bit (as usual. Wow do I love not not having a car *wink wink)
Anyhow, on the way home, we make the Taco Bell stop, and I get a brainstorm: Those 89-cent burritos that Denice sells would make great meals for a guy on the go (and too lazy to cook much of the time).
So, I get TWENTY of them. And yes, my buddies are laughing at me the whole time. So are the people at Taco Bell. But do I care? Nope. I'm the smart one. Being economical. Taking time into consideration. I have to get up way early for work--so the warmed up burrito, eaten in car while drinking coffee a coke, smoking a cigarette and calling my boss to tell him I'll be late again WORKS!
Trouble is, I don't have nearly enough freezer space. The damn thing is full of the food I buy--and am too lazy to cook.
Looks like me and the kid will be eating burritos all weekend.
The only thing that really matters is sex.
It's too mushy, no texture whatsoever. The one I had was 1/4 sour cream, 1/4 nacho cheese, a little beef, and a shit load of refried beans. Now, while that may sound appetizing to some, trust me, it's not. Not to say that no one should/would like it, everyone has different tastes. Just not for me.

Stone IPA, La Fin de Munde, & a bottle of DFH 120 minute. Don't think im going to get into the 120 minute tonight, but if I do...

I tried this and was not disappointed. Still haven't found Bell's Hopslam locally (Big Rapids).
PBR because I am poor right now and I prefer it out of all the cheap beers. When I have money I generally stick to the Founders stuff. Dirty Bastard and Centennial IPA are my faves.

Two Hearted Ale...and I live in South Carolina. Bell's is a top notch brewery.
EDIT: Anyone drinking a Bell's is getting a +1 from me. So I guess if you really need the points, you could lie.
