I'm originally from just outside of East Lansing, and this will be the third year in a row I will get to go to the MSU-UM game, but my first time in the MSU student section. I plan on ordering the MGoStore t-shirt that says "East Lansing is a woman of negotiable affection" and wearing that around during the pregame tailgate with my friends who are MSU students. After that, I don't know what I should wear to the actual game. My options are:
a blue Henne jersey (almost got me in a fight last time I was in the stadium), a blue tressel drinks wine coolers shirt, a maize shirt that says "Woody Hayes punches like a girl" (to show MSU fans I care more about OSU), the Michigan Football student shirt for 2009, the one from 2008, and the one from 2007. I am unsure if I should wear my blue jersey, or if I should wear maize as it will stick out more in MSU's all-white student section. I might be open to buying a new t-shirt to wear, but I definitely not something like those shirts they have for sale in Meijer (couldn't find link sorry) that say BEAT STATE or something to that effect.
HELP ME DECIDE
EDIT: I fully expect to get NATTY LIGHT'D and have stuff thrown at me during the game. I'm alright with that, and was disappointed in the MSU hockey student section at their game against ND last year. That is part of the fun for me, and I don't plan on getting angry regardless of how the game goes. I won't talk any trash to people I don't know, unless it is in good nature, because that just isn't my idea of a good time home or away. GO BLUE
