yes plz
What positives can we take away from the Alabama game?
Hagerup can kick it far.
Campbell got a sack
Some freshmen got snaps on national stage
Shane Morris will be here next year Along with a ton of other talent
Air force will be tough minus Lewan and plus this mentally challenging loss.
Be the change, I want you to be.
What have you heard about Lewan?
"They will meet a dastardly fate here for that! There isn't a Michigan Man who wouldn't like go out and scalp those Buckeyes right now."
I've heard he's got a fingerstache and rolls in a sweet twosie.
"I give credit to God, first and foremost" - Denard Robinson #16
At least that is what Karsch reported.
"The Ruhr will not be subjected to a single bomb. If an enemy bomber reaches the Ruhr, my name is not Hermann Göring: you can call me Urban Meyer!"
Norfleet looks great, Wile is great, the OL looks great in pass pro, Hagerup had a great average (mediocre net), Campbell wasn't too bad, tons of freshmen got experience (that's the optimistic way of saying that lots of starters were yanked for poor performance), Gallon is solid, and Gardner will be great once he runs better routes.
I feel like our unwillingness to spread out the punt team leads to his mediocre net... We're the only team in the country that doesn't have 5 guys trying to down punts.

I put up a tough front, but deep down I just want to be held.
dude is gooooood!

Yeah, forgot about this aspect. Was looking at Stubhub all week. So glad I didn't buy tickets.
No excuses, Michigan stank up the field, but I really dislike the offensive gameplan. It went out of its way to have Denard throw...he isn't a good throwing QB. He never was, nor will he be. I am disappointed in the fact that Borges couldn't or wouldn't adjust. There are no positives to take from this game. Nothing. There was so little we did right it was embarassing on a national scale.

Yeah well, when you can't run the ball I guess you have to throw it.
All in for some manball.

I counted 3 first quarter throws that hit receivers in their hands but werent caught because of great coverage from Alabama dbs...not defending denards throwing because we know his limitatioms but he is getting everything out of his arm he possibly can in my opinion. I just would prefer her take a sack over throwing it up for grabs sometimes. Of course, thats not going to happen but, had he not Michigan loses by 2 td's instead of 4
Columbus bred, but home is where the heart is.
The Nike pro "sweat belly" jerseys are gross.
All in for some manball.
Denard's legs will be fresh next week

This, x 10. They didn't even try to use Denard at what he does best. They conceded the run to Bama's Defense and tried to throw it no matter what. Never even tried to establish a run game.

1. I have a wife, a son, and one on the way.
2. I made the smart choice of only buying a six pack for the game. I would drink until there was nothing to drink otherwise.
3. I'm pretty sure nobody on our team sustained life threatining injuries.
Those are the only positives.
Hail.
I'm confused. You have one what on the way? A wife or a son?
Special Teams in general (Gibbons, Wile, Hagerup, Norfleet, all looked really good).
Errm. Kwiatkowski caught a pass. So maybe him.
'Cats comin' for y'all
Hagerup was really the only thing.. He was averaging around 50 yards per punt though and I'll take that any day! I think if we would've treated the game like we did near the end and done more quick passes it would've turned out a little better.. Not good though
know how far they have to go to compete with the best. A long way, obviously. If they come out and practice and play hard next week, that will be a positive and suggest some good senior leadership.
Coaches and players saw upclose what an elite team looks like. We have a looong way to go. There are no illusions.

Hagerup punted well.
Norfleet returned well.
The recievers got open against good coverage.
Fitz will return.
We won't play anyone nearly as good as Bama the rest of the season.
Wisconsin barely squeaked past Northern Iowa, Iowa barely squeaked past Northern Illinois, MSU had their hands full with a depleted Boise State.
We can still end the season in Pasadena.
This could be the end of clowniformz. (please, God)
Hail to the college whose colors we wear,
Hurrah for the Yellow and Blue!
We showed nothing. I believe the coaching staff coached this like an exhibition. Denard ran substantially less than he has before. The teams goal is to win the big ten, they weren't going to risk that on this game. There's always the $$$$$ too.
I'm thinking along these lines as well. They didn't run Denard alot because they didn't want to get him killed. We are nowhere near Alabama's level right now but we do have a good shot to win the B1G so they want to go for that.
"They will meet a dastardly fate here for that! There isn't a Michigan Man who wouldn't like go out and scalp those Buckeyes right now."
if our goal in big ten titles then we dont need to play games like this.
I got a couple:
-Hagerup was excellent
-Kick returns were good
-Recievers were able to get behind the Tide secondary
-Michigan converted a number on 3rd and shorts on the ground
-Alabama was 4-11 on third down
-McCarron was only about 50% completion with a great run game to help him
-Pass protection

Did anyone see how great Pipkins played in the last two series? Wow.
Other than that...file 13 this one...
Lucky enough to have my own JT wristband!!

Knowing our luck they'll biff a game and end up in the Cap 1 or something.
