For the "anti-RR" crowd, the impovements on offense from last year to this year are both visable and measureable. Yes, the defense has taken a step back, but didn't we expect that, especially after the Woolfolk injury? The unit is young and inexperienced. That excuse is wearing thin but there is reason for hope in the future. Woolfolk should return. We only lose Mouton, Ezeh, and Rogers.
For the supporters, we must see improvement in 2011, and it needs to be significant. Youth and inexperience will no longer be an excuse, especially if we are getting torched by middling FCS programs and walk-on QBs. The talent level is no worse off than the Big Ten bottom feeders. If there aren't improvements, it'll be time to jump the fence.
