What does the football team do today?

Submitted by preed1 on

1. Eat thanksgiving with family

2. Eat thanksgiving with team

3. Practice

4. Work out

And also could it be a problem with the usual over eating? Will they do a walk through tomorrow? I am so confused and not used to post thanksgiving big ten games?!?!

They have practice at 10 first, then I assume they get the rest of the day off. Also, another poster said that he's having some of the players at his table for dinner, so I'm assuming it means they eat with their families.

For all to have a great Thanksgiving!

AND I wish for the team to pull off the upset this Saturday. I'll be putting all of my considerable energy towards positive thinking for them (it should be worth about three points) in the hopes that this losing streak to OSU will end.

And I especially wish a Happy Thanksgiving to Greg Robinson, our embattled DC.

and forcing it to match him in push ups-rep for rep.

After removing it's heart he says a reverent and thankul prayer to the elk for the gift of the heart, he then eats the raw heart whole and washes it down with a tall glass of, of course, chocolate milk.

The team, incircled around their strength coach, rest on knee in full uniform. A low and powerful sound seems to emenate from everywhere and yet has no source, it steadily grows in power till the walls of Ft. Schembechler themselves begin to shake..."The Team, The Team, The Team".

Coach Rodriquez enters the room burning intensity in his eyes but, a wry smile on his face,  he says, OK, boys..."The Game"  week is here...hard edge...hit the field.

BEAT the Buckeyes!

I hope they are drinking Buckeye Hateraide by the 55 gallon drum and are so geeked up on Saturday that the D plays "lights out" and Denard runs so fast that time runs backwards and we see him score twice on every carry.

Probably trying to make calls home to family members who won't pick-up or return their calls.  Heard Kovacs one family member did pick-up accidentaly but the conversation was brief..."Honey, its nothing personal...you just suck at football...click"  -mom

Low blow...my bad guys.  Its not his fault or his mom's fault that he made the team AND plays.  It's just the sad depressing state of Michigan's defense.  Someday guys like him and half of our defenese will be either A. not make the team or B. not be playing till their redshirt senior year on special teams.

Until then, he has been a member of the teams that took us there, despite having to listen to comments like yours.

One thing about it, even if he never started on that mythical future team, he was still there, still had a helmet with Wings, still ran out and touched the banner, and called the other players teammates.

Consider your accomplishments and ponder that.
