Just curious, but can recruits begin signing their letter of intents at midnight exactly or is it during business hours? If I am not mistaken, I still think the letters of intent are faxed in to the coaches (Considering the state of recruiting, maybe tweeting would be more appropiate...) so I don't know when these can start rolling in.
