Weather looks fairly mild for Saturday at this point. (Ignore the "Snowy Weather Arrives" text... it's only an ad.)
I wore a Tshirt to the 2009 OSU game, IIRC
Oh, God no. My freshman year, back in 1979, the Ohio State game was played under sunny skies and in the low 70s. I wore shorts and a t-shirt. It was a week earlier, the Saturday before Thanksgiving, but it was crazy warm for the big game.
The warmest OSU at Michigan games on record since they moved the game to the end of the season in 1935:
November 24, 1973: 62 degrees
November 24, 2001: 62 degrees
November 17, 1979: 60 degrees
(Using the high temperature at Detroit Metro Airport, or Willow Run when Metro Airport is not available and Detroit City Airport when neither of the other two are available).
The coldest OSU at Michigan games on record:
November 21, 1987: 28 degrees
November 24, 1951: 30 degrees
November 21, 1981 and November 24, 1945: 33 degrees
I was just looking at the home games, so I did not check the Snow Bowl. 1950 was at Columbus.
I'm surprised there isn't a game in the 90's in the coldest list. I was at a 28-0 win and it felt very very cold.
UM/OSU games in Ann Arbor.
Its really never too cold in Ohio, but then we are playing this a week later now.
about a 35% chance per NOAA, probably showers if anything
Oh boy, can't wait for the walk from the entrance into my seats. It's going to be a cold one people, make sure to wear layers and a hat especially. Keep warming up with cocoa and coffee, but not alcohol!
You sir can turn in your man card
I'll be sporting short sleeves regardless of the cold. This is Michigan.
My father was a UMLaw73, and you sir are no UMLaw73!
Until I hear it from MGoWeather!
I just hope the rain today does not close the golf course. it has been raining a ton all day.
I'm bringing the warm weather with me.
My freshman year. We drank schnapps to keep warm.
