Michigan on a nice run. Up 26-20 with 3 to play in the first half.
Shots from insane distances going in.
Just thought I'd say hi. How's everything going in here?
Michigan up 26-24 at halftime.
If the lady wolverines win, how do we match up against stanford?
Who is our best player?

35-31 Michigan with 12 minutes to play.
45-43 Michigan with under 6 left.
50-44 Michigan with a little over 3 left to play.
Do we always wear these Cazzie Russell inspired gems?
No, they were supossed to only be for the Crisler Re-Dedication. But since Michigan knocked off sparty in them ending their streak, I guess they think they're good luck.
Bad turnover but luckily nova travels. Michigan leads 54-48 with 90 seconds left to play.
C'mon, burn that clock!
....
Turnover city in the last 2 minutes.
I'm sorry I don't know her name, but goodness gracious, POSESS the ball.
Jenny Ryan:
5/7 FG, 3 Assists so far. Only takes good shots, otherwise passes... I love how efficiently she plays.

Michigan up 58-52 with 21.9 left. Michigan's last NCAA win was in 2001.
will this be the first women's bbal win in the ncaas ever?
Michigan wins 60-52!
Nice win for the women's team. Their chances against Stanford are pretty slim, but you never know...
Stanford is generally considered the weakest of the #1 seeds, so there's that.
Also of note, the Big Ten women's teams are doing quite well so far—they went 6-0 in the first round.
FGCU is going to the Sweet Sixteen.
Anything can happen in March Madness.
The madness level in the women's tourney is much lower than that of the men's.
Not a bad weekend for the University of Michigan basketball teams, a total record of 3 and 0. Great coaching job by Beilein and Barnes Arico.
Now the ladies get to beat Stanford and make it two Michigan basketball teams in the Sweet 16.

It was a pretty good weekend for Michigan sports in general. Softball team got the sweep, baseball got a win, and obviously basketball. Even though gymnastics and hockey both finished second in their conference tournaments, gymnastics still a shot at nationals and the hockey team made a tremendous run to finish the season. Hopefully next weekend is just as good.
There is no such team as the "Lady Wolverines." Unlike our Big Ten comrades at Penn State, Michigan does not assign different mascot names based on whether the teams are male or female. All Michigan teams are equally the "Wolverines."
