Never been a big fan of commission based work, but you could likely clean up with this in the Ann Arbor area. Get all the local frats and student groups to turn out for bragging rights. The big problem I see is finding a large enough venue where you can legally server beer. I guess some kind of banquet hall, but what kind of banquet hall wants a few hundred drunken college kids descending on the place?

There are already local state tournaments that my friend and i went to in college and participated in, won 300 dollars at the state finals tourney, and placed 2nd at a lot of other qualifers around the state. clutchpong.com is the local one, and i know they do a lot of stuff/ tourneys in sterling heights and have leagues in AA i believe. The world beer pong tour has been around for like 3 or so years now and i thought about doing it too, but being on the road a lot and only commission pay wasn't looking too good at the time.
