Was Denard hurt in Q4?

Because he was not in much on O. Maybe his hand acted up?

but certainly possible.  Really the only credible reason why he did not play in the fourth quarter.  Otherwise, Borges benched hte greatest offensive threat ever to wear "M" in the fourth quarter of the Game, down by a touchdown.

Given how well having Gardner and Robinson in the backfield worked in the 1st half, it is beyond comprehension keeping him off the field for that much of the 2nd half.

The 2nd half was truly disastrous offensive playcalling.

So let me get this straight. Every time Denard was in the game, OSU expected a run and likely keyed on him. There was no advantage to using him as a decoy to help open receivers. Sigh.

As seen on a Devin sack earlier in the game, Denard offers nothing in terms of protection on passing downs.  Could have been used as a receiver, but he wasn't going to be an effective blocker to give Devin time.

Denarad and Devin on the last couple of series, and a series of terrible brainfart up-the-gut calls in the fourth quarter, we can legitimately question some of the playcalling at crunch time this year.

Everything else I'm seeing here is Michigan fanst being Michigan State fans, however. Which about goes with the general deterioration of discourse on this blog.
