I tuned in and thought I was listening to a cb transmission (CB, not to be confused with CBC or CBS). Good to see that this isn't going to be the standard quality going forward.
At least not intentionally.

I used to be an amateur sound tech, obviously not someone you'd want for a professional gig, but better than nothing. Unfortunately I now live in New England.

The only things that really suck about New England are traffic and rent. You can do a lot worse as far as places to live go.

The weirdness is it was fine on the podcast as it got recorded. I needed to find a different output from the board to broadcast from. The AUX sounded fine at home, and was a bad idea when we got there and there were multiple channels in use.
