Love the Bongo Man. His name is Nehru Lambkin. We tailgate across the street from where he plays, and we have gotten to know him over the years. Very interesting guy.

A buddy of mine and I attended the UM-ND game and we were walking past the bongo guy while he was messing, playfully, with a couple of drunk chicks. The line he threw at them was hilarious after one of them gave him a hug. Went something like:
"Be good. If you can't be good be careful. If you can't be careful be safe. If you can't be safe then name it after me."
I almost spit out the beer I had just taken a big swig of. Hilarious!

We saw him at the Kentucky Derby one year and he saw our Michigan gear and gave us a Go Blue!

Can somebody please explain the logic in downvoting this? i don't care if you think this is the biggest piece of crap ever posted (which it certainly is not) how do you give a thumbs down to somebody GIVING YOU SOMETHING FOR FREE that they worked on themselves??????
I know they mean nothing in the grand scheme of things but it just blows my mind that somebody would give a thumbs down to somebody else's creative efforts that they produced not for personal gain but simply for your enjoyment and to make you smile a little bit.

The Bongo Guy was added because I wasn't quite sure what direction I was going to take with the wallpaper. And I figured he was as much a part of the game day experience as the game itself....sooo....
