As most of you have heard RGIII will be the cover of the upcoming NCAA 2013. In addition to him though, the greatest Heisman winner of all-time will accompany him on the cover. Enter voting bracket. If Desmond wins and gets on the cover, we should send a copy to Drew Stanton.
Not complaining, but why does Desmond get a second shot and not Woodson? I think Woodson on the cover would have alot of appeal to fans.
