Vote for Lyndsay Doyle for Best of the Best on Sportscenter

Submitted by maizenblue92 on

I brought it up on the thread last night but nobody would see it if I posted it there. So here is the the link to vote for that play. Not many votes so far so it should not be too difficult to regain the lead. A vote for Doyle's play is a vote for Michigan Softball!

Did they retire the 'butt fumble' from the worst of the worst voting? I figure they must have because that thing was running strong for a year plus

Yeah, just before the NFL Season last year,

We are retiring it this week due to the start of a new NFL season, and the feeling that it was time to start fresh,” said Senior Coordinating Producer Mark Summer. “The ‘Butt Fumble’ has won the ‘Not Top 10′ each week since last Thanksgiving, and we’re not sure anything could top it.”

like I mentioned, wish they would have given the context of the top half of the inning to truly capture the madness of those six outs, but great to get covered at all!

[edit:  I tried a couple different ways---with no success---to embed the map of states showing which ones voted for Doyle (Blue states) vs Carter (red states).]

Here is the list of states still to be won:

Alaska (no votes yet)

Alabama   -3

Arkansas   -1

Delaware  -2

Hawaii  -1

Iowa  (tied @ 17)

Kentucky  -1

Louisiana  -1

Maine  -1

Massachusetts -1

Minnesota  -2

Maine  -1

Montana -3

Nebraska  -9

Nevada  -4

New Hampshire  -2

New Jersey  -1

New Mexico  -3

North Dakota  (tied @ 2)

Oklahoma  -5

Oregon  -2

Rhode Island  -4

Utah  -3

Vermont (100% for Carter but just 1 vote)

Wyoming (also 100% Carter--- I knew it was a bad idea to ban David in Wyoming)

In most of these states, it would only take 5 or fewer votes to put the state in the "Go Blue" column.

C'mon, outstate MGoBloggers---stand up and be counted!!!

(In Michigan, I declare Lindsay the winner, with 97% of 350 votes cast)
