I just posted three videos on Youtube of the strength demonstrations from the Women's Football Academy. Good stuff on a Friday. Sorry, I don't know how to embed, so here's the link:

Are getting buff.
Thanks for sharing. Took me a minute to figure out how to find the other two videos.

Of the three exercises, Aaron Wellman said the most challenging was the towel/rope pull against the coach. The player in the middle was lifting a 75 pound sandbag over his head and the player at the end was doing pushups with a sandbag on his back - I couldn't see the weight of it. Each player (BWC, Blake Countess and Jake Ryan) did each one. Aaron Wellman was quick to point out that we were only seeing a player do five minutes of an exercise. Their usual routine in the weight room lasts an hour and 45 minutes on average. The players are broken up into three groups: the ones who need more strength, the ones who have plenty of strength but need to work on their speed, and the ones who need a balance of both. They have a new nutritionist who was previously with the Patriots.

That was one of my favorite moments of the day.
