Why did he say "open practice" instead of "spring game"? I hope he just considers those to be interchangable. If the scrimmage portion is any shorter than last year then they might as well not even have an open day (from a watching football perspective. Getting money for Mott's is still worth it).

That one Denard throw was worlds better than any throws he made last spring that we were able to see. If he can get the "reading" mentality in the pocket to become second nature the offense will have unprecedented success. Everyone outside Alabama and Ohio State would be dead in the water trying to defend them, and even those guys would have some serious issues between Fitz, Denard taking off on the run, or Denard hitting open intermediate routes consistently.

I have reviewed ALL the data from the first spring practice, and I can categorically say that the following is absolutely true about team 133:

Ricky Barnum will have snapped at least one ball during practice.

Jordan Kovacs will have been interviewed at least once.

Vincent Smith will still be very small and very jacked.

All hail my awesome powers of data analysis!

nice video...weather looks great for football.  Denard has some snap on the ball and throws sharply.  Id like to see how some former high recruits such as Josh Furman, Jeremy Jackson, Ricardo Miller may do this year... havent heard much from those guys...also wondering how Bellomy is progressing at QB
