I liked what Hoke said at the very beginning about how they were going to put them out of their comfort zone so that Saturdays were easy. We have a staff who can balance the positive reinforcement, conditioning and motivational aspects of practice and conditioning with the idea that Saturday will be a relative breeze. That's certainly not a bad thing.
I also like it when Hoke talks about how, if the coaches have to be the leaders of the team, that distracts from their own job and decreases their effectiveness. This is important, and I hope that the experience with the Navy SEALs underscores the need for players to be the leaders on the field.
One of the more interesting questions, to me, was the one towards the end where they asked him what he wanted to see out of this team, and the answer was somewhat Bo-esque to me. Basically, physical and mental toughness, and I think that this staff can achieve that in a way that mixes new school management and some old school football - I think it will yield some great results myself.

Brady Hoke has to be one of the best press conferences in the country, right? I love his nothing responses. Like he'll answer the questions, but he won't really answer them. As in you get nothing concrete. There are so many Hokeisms (as Tremendous noted, only 3 tremendouses in this press conference). He might not be the most entertaining, but he's a joy to watch. May be it's just because he's so Michigan.
You probably have to have Les Miles, Steve Spurrier, and Mike Leach up there as most entertaining. I'm in the minority of people who loves Lane Kiffin because he's just such a douchebag, and it's hilarious how much of a douchebag he is. I just love the way Hoke carries himself though, which is why he'd have to be high up on my list.
