VIDEO: Elite 11 Finals
This was a test of a new technique that I'm using to rip and process ESPN3 streams. It's not 720p but if people think the quality is watchable, I can have full games and highlights up on Saturday nights this year.

The whole episode:
post, Thorin.
Dilfer is a douche. That is what my skills have allowed me to glean from these videos.
So.... He's neither technical nor athletically superior but he's got your vote? And you cant explain why? Thank god we hired you to run this. I thought this was going to end up as a subjective " does dilfer, who didn't lose a super bowl, like this kid." deal. Phew.
Like you said it isn't the best quality, but it is definitely watchable.
and post the day of the game that would be so awesome. I know that with me being in Japan I would appreciate it. Thanks for everything that you do for us MGolivingaroundtheworld people.
BTW, I just received my HTTV today in the mail!!
If you want to watch ESPN3 streams overseas, create an email account at att.net (you may need to use a US proxy or VPN), then create an ESPN account with your att.net email address. When you click a stream, it will ask you for your provider. Choose AT&T and it will automatically validate and open the stream. I used US VPNs to watch ESPN3 streams for years before finding this trick a few days ago.
Nice closing routine at the end of the Shane video. Well done! It's good to be able to connect like that with peers.
RTMPDump.
thanks for doing this... didnt feel like watching the whole damn hour, so the clips of shane were a nice shortcut. quality looked fine to me, fwiw.
I can see why there's so much Dilfer hate around here. What a total D-bag. He sits a kid for almost a day to make a stupid point. I don't really care that Shane didn't make the elite 11, but to have a kid come all the way out after having to work hard to earn an invite and not even let him throw is just a shitty thing to do.

better. He couldn't be challenged like that at home. I'm going to give Dilfer the benefit of the doubt and assume that he felt the point needed to be made, and that he had confidence in Shane's ability to step up.

That's kinda my point. It's hard to get better when you are standing around with your hands on your hips all day. There are other ways to get players out of their comfort zone mentally that are more productive. Especially since Morris was the only one that got this "lesson," it seems pretty unfair.

I believe that Shane won it on the second day.
