I don't think I've heard Mattison talk about a player with such high regard as he did on Bolden in that interview. That's pretty damn exciting.

These guys are the reason why we have the best coaching staff in the country.
They are two big reasons, but I think the head coach is a reason, too.
It was very impressive that all 19 outgoing seniors praised Hoke in the exit survey.
I never get tired of listening to these two coaches, and their levels of honesty and straightforwardness (if there is such word). There is something about them, particularly Mattison, that lets you know they have their respective situations very much under control.
After watching these pressers you can understand why Mattison is considered an elite recruiter.

It sounds like the QB position despite only have 3 scholie QBs, is pretty deep...as all 3 could conceivably be good enough to start (we know Denard is of course)...
Everything points to Fitz having a huge season also.
I'm excited about Rawls' development. I love Fitz, and think he's primed for a great season, but it's always important to have a change of pace and solid #2 RB. Vincent Smith will continue to offer a great blocking/receiving option, and I'm interested to see Justice Hayes, but Rawls appears to be developing into the type of grinder that the staff is really looking for.
We'll need to play at a different level than we did last year in order to win 11 games (and the Legends) this season. Let's face it, we were fortunate to beat Notre Dame, played too close against ohio, and lost to Iowa and Sparty. We never had control of any of those games, and we were also fortunate to beat VaTech.
If we're only going to have 2 losses, we'll have to be at a different level to compete with 'Bama, Notre Dame, Nebraska, and ohio all away from the Big House.
