Fortunately for me, I checked, it had been up for longer than 30 seconds.

It is pretty amazing to think that with all the work they put in, that the big guys can lose their edge over the course of a few days. It really puts a point to the amount of work it takes to compete at a high level.

It's amazing how much work they put into conditioning, I'm in the process of reading "Those Who Stay" and the emphasis on conditioning has changed so much.  Glad to know we have a guy like Wellman, who is willing to send workouts home with guys on their break to make sure they don't lose a step during their time off.

Just dropping by to state that I really like what Coach Wellman has done with our conditioning and how he has gone about implementing his program quietly and effectively.

He really seems to "get" B1G conditioning at every position on the field, and I hope he has many productive years in AA as part of Coach Hoke's staff.

As others have mentioned, it really does show the level of commitment required at this level. Those guys have a level of work ethic and determination that is pretty amazing for being so young. They deserve the accolades and the perks, such as a trip to New Orleans.

You've worked hard, guys. Now go show the Hokies what the M is all about!
