He is much better than Tebow. I am no expert, but the kid can throw a dart for a long ball. Even his short throws near the end zone are on the money. I know these are his best, but the kid can ball. Hope be gets to be a QB.

I wish people would stop doing this.

Tim Tebow was an amazing college football player. One of the best and most successful ever. Sure he wasn't good enough in the NFL to play QB at that level, but in no way whatsoever does that detract from what he did in college.

It baffles my mind how someone can look at a 5 minute video of a high schooler and in all seriousness actually say that player is better than Tim Tebow. That's just plain stupidity.

That footwork is really impressive for a high school kid that size. I love that he already knows the work it takes and looks like he's into it. These are the types of guys you build a program around. Also love his attitude--pretty sure I read his quote that he's happy to be coming in as an athlete and is looking forward to doing whatever the staff wants him to and will play wherever they tell him. Lots of good signs here.

Well he certainly trains a lot harder now than Rex ever did. I still have no idea how Rex made it into the league. But if VIctor can be Rex 2.0 but work as hard as he does in this video, he should have no trouble making it to the league.

He works out Cohl Cabral at Winners Circle in Corona and when we offered Cabral I was so excited being a lifelong Wolverine Fan. But for some reason after we offered him the interest seemed to dwindle on UofM side and we never really got into contact w him. Drev no showed at a meeting and everything w no call or nothing. But now Cabral is a Under Armour Game participant and his dad was telling me that Victor M. Is a workout machine. The kid is working out every day at Winners Circle and that he's a beast. I see him weekly and he's intense and he has serious zip on his throws. He also plays in a league w a perennial state finalist every year in Centennial. I was told his only concerns may be his grades as he has decent grades but prefers the field of u know what I mean! Also he's a running QB that's why Georgia Tech was salivating for him and Wisconsin as well. I do think he's gonna give Peters a run for his money. It would of been nice to have Miramontes and Cabral both committed but that's how it goes!

Someone get Mr. Peters his own personal trainer! With Harbaugh and this kid around, the battle for the starting QB spot are going to be intense.

His footwork drills remind me of an Antonio brown video I saw. It's excellent and I love seeing qbs work on that stuff. He looks poised for a big year.

The defense in those first highlight videos was absolutely terrible at reading that option offense. They were over-playing every play. Oh and Victor looks fantastic. I can't wait to see him in a winged helmet.

Not impressed: I didn't see him walk to school 5 miles up hill both ways in -10 weather with a foot of snow on the ground and my dad would say. But god damn that's an impressive work ethic. That's sure seems like a harabaugh qb

Just looked up fastest sprinting speeds and the record is Usain Bolt at 27.7 mph midway through his 100m dash.  So hitting 6/7ths of that from a dead standstill is impressive.  (Though there's no air resistance on a treadmill)

I'm already a fan of this kid. This reminds me of watching Trey Burke work out before he came to Michigan wondering how he was just a 3 star. Can't wait to see Vicious Vic suit up and get on the field for us

Id like to see Victor get a shot at QB.

Kids these days have far more sophisticated drills available to them then when I was playing.
