Van Jefferson trending to Ole Miss?
According to Barton Simmons (247 national writer), Van Jefferson is expected to sign with Ole Miss.

Considering that he just verbally committed to them a couple days ago, this makes a lot of sense. Frankly, I'd be surprised if he committed anywhere else than Ole Miss.

If it is anything to mention about his recruitment is that he removed the title of Ole Miss Commit from his twitter bio today as reported by a couple people across the twitter universe who are following his recruitment. Also at one point he had liked the tweet from Jay Harbaugh about the #Amaizing thing...So michigan may have a better chance than we originally thought

Also, based on his latest tweet, which was a retweet from a friend, it sounds like he grew up with and is friends with Grant Perry. Explains liking the #Amaizing thing and maybe he was the reason for the second #Amaizing thing. Wouldn't be the strangest situation if he and Perry came in together and effectively took away Burnett's spot. Just speculation.

I didnt know he was friends with Perry which could be a big reason to like the tweet especially if Perry did make some sort of decommitment or switch today.

At this point in the process, mere hours basically before NSD, that players are honoring these commitments despite a hard fought campaign on terribly short notice from Harbaugh's staff is not bothering me. This class may very well be the calm before the storm when it comes to recruiting in this particular era of Michigan football, or at least it feels like that to me.

Look at what happened at OSU and PSU when they hired a new coach. Something is missing here. I assume the fact that Jim and most of his staff were not in college right before coming to UM is one reason for lack of success (at least in matching our expectations).

He also knows Malzone and Perry from back in the day.
The only way he goes to Ole Miss is if mom forces him too But that's just like my opinion man.
