Speaking as a far-right member of the Get Off My Lawn Party, whose platform includes electroshock therapy for anyone who favors or tolerates any deviation from the traditional uniforms, and is committed to finding the warehouse where the blue pants are stored and burning it to the ground and salting the earth beneath it..... I don't care either about the footwear.

I might crack a joke about how they look like they're stepping on canaries, but cleatz don't bother me enough to put up any fuss.

...a 12 year old boy and an apparel designer sit down and brainstorm ideas. After a preliminary design of these UTL III shoes, it is handed to Brandon, he then asks the room - would Wolverine Devotee buy these with his recent graduation windfall? The room responds in unison - "yes"....and so another alternative uniform design is approved. But I could be completely wrong on this.

This photo was released during the uni unveil. I wish the cleats were available in a regular shoe option. I'd definitely get some.

Some of the shoes are higher cut for more support depending on position. OL tend to get the mid-cut. Same with RBs.

Though I never ruled out buying a pair(s) at the garage sale next year with the Blue pants, I'd like a regular shoe version to wear around.

The ones at MDen aren't doing it for me so I just got the Maize laces the team wore a couple years ago during spring practice and put them on my current adidas shoes.

I wear adidas no-show in the summer and adidas ankle socks in the winter.

It looks like I'm not wearing socks because those are higher cut shoes. I had the original adiZeros in 2009 which were pretty much running shoes and my socks showed. The ones I have now are more of a basketball style.

I got that style because they're very durable in the winter.

I think WD beat you to it when the uniforms were released. I remember seeing this in that thread. Also they are not choosing one pair, different players prefer different cleats. I assume we will see a combination of all of them that night

As long as the kids like them and feel comfortable I'm all in. People have to remember that the recruits and players love stuff like this. All I want to see is wins. Don't matter what attire they do it in.
