US Army All-American Bowl Thread
I guess it's because I graduated high school and immediately started my post-doctorate at Brown.
much like the Semper Fei game...this game also looks light years better than that ESPN production last night.
Coach Jack can take care of that...
Now they give him the ball and he missles his way for a 1st down.

hits the hole, goes north and south, please come to Michigan, even the announcer says you look like a Wolverine, yessss
I wonder if he has long speed.
Reporter: “Did you visit the Parthenon while in Greece?”
Shaquille O’Neill: “I can’t really remember the names of all the clubs we went to.”
As opposed to short speed?
Blank.....Blank......You're not looking at the big picture here.
I agree Woodson, he does look like a Michigan back.

Green looks faster and quikcer than I expected, but I haven't seen him break tackles or run over anyone the way I would expect a guy of his stature to.
Strength equipment is expensive and guarantees you nothing. A strong will is free and can give you everything you want.
He's got to lower his pad level a little bit...I haven't seen him lower his shoulder and guys and just grabbing his legs and dragging him down.
With that said, it's down after 7-8 yards.

Anyone seen him out there?

Yup...seen him standing around a lot. He's been in quite a few snaps, but I haven't seen him thrown at yet. But, he sure looks good standing there lol

I saw him, but not for long. He didn't get beat...so that's good.
Stay tuned for more from the "David Robinson's Son is Going to ND" Game
sucks he's going to ND.
Oh well, I'll take a Green for their Smith.

Did you guys know Robinson and Smith are going to ND?
Good God. I DON'T CARE ABOUT DAVID ROBINSON
This is on NBC and they slurp the Irish like ESPN slurps the SEC....
Weezy F. Baby.

I was slightly hoping when lemming left the pro ND Army game would at least subside a little bit....I was wrong about that.
David Robinson served in our country's military and has a son in the game. Let it go.

How many WRs can one school have?

Now knows why every kid in the country is going to TAMU.
Thanks Mike. Can I get the lottery numbers?

What are they going to do with ten wide recievers? I think I heard that right
Now that they're in the SEC and don't have to follow any rules, they're going to run the A-10 offense next year.
I think that is their 35th recruit in this class. A&M is picking up that SEC oversigning thing like a champ!
Also early enrollees and redshirts.
We can't play 6 OLmen at the same time, but we'll be fine just like A&M.

loses out on a prospect. Stevens could be a pretty good WR at A&M.
L.S.A. '88
How many commits does TAMU have now? they have really gotten acclimated to the sec nicely lol
This is turning into one big advertisement for ND, NBC, Rivals, ND, the Robinson (ND), and ND occasionally interupted by a play. NBC does it again.
Bob
...now can we just move on and understand what's going on?
This is NBC, not the B1G Network.

sounds like alabama is having the same "problem" at RB as TAMU is at WR
Bama has 3 RBs in this game...wtf? How does Saban do it? Plus Lacy is coming back and Yeldon is a true freshman. I don't understand how he convinces that many guys at the same position of a high caliber to sign.

Medical gray shirts. He gets 5 recruiting classes every 4 years. Pretty solid advantage when you can cut (gray shirt) your busts
I got the shotgun. You got the briefcase. It's all in the game though, right?
Gray shirts don't work like that. They work where an incoming recruit, like say Luke Del Rio pay their own way an doesn't get a scholarship to the team. Or the player just flat out delays their enrollment half a year. They are told if a scholly opens up in the winter or spring, then they can get one.
Hot dogs are the devil.
After coming back from two ACL's and with all of those RBs coming in behind him, I doubt Dee ever sees the field again for Alabama. We'll probably hear transfer rumors around July/August when Bama needs to get down to 85 scholarships.
Hot dogs are the devil.
...wait, shouldn't it be the other way around?
“True loyalty is that quality of service that grows under adversity and expands in defeat. Any street urchin can shout applause in victory, but it takes character to stand fast in defeat. One is noise — the other, loyalty.”
...but looks taller.
A redshirt year and he'll be just fine.

McDonald's in Ann Arbor? Hard to get to.
I'm thinking he needs a few Baconators...

Magnus, you've been around these parts for quite some time. Now what makes you think that rationality has any place here? You seem to be forgetting that everyone else on this message board graduated high school and immediately started their post doctorate at Yale. So why can't Shane do the same thing with football?
