You can see that it's just an effect because it also goes over his arm. It's not the offseason anymore, people. You don't need to look for the most insignificant thing to panic over anymore.

I'm so sick of this. We have one of, if not the best, uniforms in any sport. Clean and classic. Why mess with it? I don't buy the recruits love it line either. Alabama remains largely untouched no alternates etc and they're doing just fine. Winning cures all.

What he said.

Just because Oregon's uniforms sucked for forever, we have to pay the price? When you pick a duck as your mascot, that's what you get. Now, the rest of the nation has to deal with this Nikification and the ensuing arms race of ridiculous unifromz.

I get it for teams that have crappy uniforms but when will a school tell an apparel company (ala Mike Keenan vetoing those terrible Blues unifromz) "Hell no"

no camo, no camo, no camo. please dear god, no camo. Also, can I please get a bigass addidas/nike/underarmour logo front and center on the jersey? I'm sick of not knowing which sweatshop kids make our uniforms. I need to know who sponsors us. Oh wait, that's already there? I really have to get rid of this CRT TV.

Between the addidas logo, the block M, the B1G logo, and the legends patch, I'm not sure where the (future) advertising patch is supposed to go.

On a related note, there is about a 1.5 years left on this 8-year Adidas deal that Bill Martin got us into. Do you anticipate that Brandon will re-sign with them, or might we switch to Nike or Under Armour?

OK, so, we've established that the picture was the work of some photoshop dope and isn't a real depiction of anything.  Doesn't it still reflect really badly that the design people at adidas basically think "ok, here are your colors, go play with them" and don't have the slightest interest in knowing the history of their subject (unless, of course, they can work in some slogan to be sewn into a jockstrap lining)?

I got a close-up look at one of the "official" UTL 3 jerseys being worn this year for the PSU game, and...well...I can't say I'm a huge fan. That said, they'll undoubtedly look much better on Devin & Devin & Co. than they did on the guy in front of me in line to buy a $4.50 bottle of water.

If Michigan goes back to Nike, I will throw all my Adidas gear away and replace immediately with Nike. I still wear my old Nike jerseys, shirts and hats more than anything I purchased that is Adidas.
