I got 9 points on WSU; my daughter has 16.

FEI, Sagarin and Vegas would choose WSU too with 9, 27 and 17 points respectively.

Crazy start to the game with CSU's head coach dropping an F-bomb on the WSU QB after a TD.

7-0 Wazzu and they block a punt at the CSU 5yd line. I shouted.

I like bowl games.

EDIT: 14-0 Wazzu. Oh boy.

WSU's defensive line up on that CSU touchdown was begging to get toasted.  No deep safety and what looks like a fat linebacker not in position to cover the slot.  Am I missing something?

That pretty much sums it up. If Garrett Grayson is not on the field for the Rams and the Cougars didn't suffer from hysterical blindness in pass coverage, this coverage works very well. In a game where so far most of the offense has been in the air, that was a puzzling alignment to me.

The Division II National Championship game was fun to watch. Yeah it was D2, but it was better than watching whatever these bowl games are today. They were at least playing for something!

They just mentioned a special cleat for turf toe that the Colorado State running back is using. It restricts motion of the injured toe. I'm sure it limits mobility and whatnon. Perhaps something similar could be used for Devin Gardner in Michigan's bowl game?

Washington State has 35 points on 30 plays or 1.17 point per play. Crazy indeed.

Colorado State has 13 points on 42 plays, or 0.317 points per play.

Also, there are only 59 net yards of rushing in this game right now between both teams.

is Khalil Mack.  He is considered to be a top 10-15 pick for 2014 draft.  He's an explosive OLB who can rush the passer and is a nightmare against the run.  6'3", 250 lbs LB who runs 4.5. He dominated OSU and made Mewhort look like a 3rd string OT which is impressive considering Mewhort is an All-B1G OT.

It's been a slow start, but I have a feeling USC and Fresno State are going to put up at least 40 points each. Carr is the real deal for Fresno.

35-6 with 37 seconds left in the half.

I had only 10 points on SC (daughter had 24).  That's what makes the bowls intriguing.  SC was clearly the better team going in (FEI would have them at 26), but you never know if a team will show up, especially with the coaching transition.

After blowing a lead, Towson earns the right to get smoked by ND St.  Caught the coach taking the Gatorade shower and saying on TV, "F**** that's cold."
