Thought it was pretty cool. Got me going for the Game Saturday. So happy we're playing again...

Thoughts?

the only issue i have with this is that there is so much history between michigan and notre dame yet there are so many clips of them playing different teams. its a michigan notre dame game not michigan/penn state as i saw almost as much as michigan/notre dame.

I saw it earlier today but forgot to post it. My only knock on it is that I think it spends a little too much time on showing Jay Z. I like how it spends more time showing Michigan highlights rather than ND highlights.

I can't stand modern day hip hop. Always loved Talib Kweli and Mos Def are Blackstar. One of my favorite ablums. Love The blast HI Tek and Talib. Same with Outkast in the 90s. Aquemini was in my disc man for about a year straight. That album was produced by none other than George Clinton. They had so many classics. Southernplayalistic was dope too. Those are just my top 2 albums.  I mean how in hell can you not like this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRJSztf0bxw  There are so many songs I could have picked, this just happens to be one of my all time favs.

Even though there's a fair amount of Jay-Z in the video, this is my favorite video of the 2011 season. It also provides a nice balance of Michigan and Notre Dame highlights to make it less of a fan-based hype video and more of a game preview. And, *knock-on-wood* as long as we take care of business and don't look past this Notre Dame team, South Florida proved that this game is ours to lose.

I mean I get his point, but yeah. Just because ND lost to South Florida doesn't mean this game is going to be a walk in the park. USF hardly beat them and ND had 5 turnovers. While we forced a few against WMU, we didn't get as much pressure form our D-line to consistently put pressure on ND's quarterbacks. This will be a hard-fought game.

Sorry everyone, I need to fess up- it's true that I didn't watch the game itself, I only saw it was 16-0 and delayed during the Mich game and then saw the final score when I got home from the west side of the state last night.

In light of this new evidence, I'd have to agree that the ND loss tells us less about the team we'll play on Saturday than I originally assumed, other than this team is another pre-season ranked ND team that came out and flopped early. (Sorry for posting without first acquiring sufficient knowledge for detailed anlysis.)

But I still think it's a pretty good preview video, and you can bet your @ss* I'll be be screaming my lungs out come Saturday to make sure they do it again under the lights!

*Censored, you know, for the children.

Loved this video.

What I really want to see is a hype video set to "All of the Lights" by Kanye... seems a bit more appropriate for the event.

Anyone up to the challenge?
