UM vs OSU - The Rivalry
After listening to WTKA this morning and hearing the story of Bo's passing, I had an urge to watch this documentary. If you have an extra hour today, I beg you to watch this. Football can't come soon enough. Harbaugh is going to bring us back. Believe it.

It really was strange that Lloyd was not interviewed. Towards the end it was basically all about Tressel and OSU. They didn't even talk much about the 2003 game, which was the 100th meeting and deserved a bit more attention.

I thought the documentary was right down the middle... just as it should be.
...it did however portray the typical tOSU fan as an inbred, PBR-swilling, wife beating, yellow-sweaty-t-shirt wearing, hooligan.
EDGE: Michigan.

I don't get when people say the rivalry is based on respect. When Woody went for 2 that wasn't respect. When he had his team rip down the M Club banner that wasn't respect. When guys like Terry Glenn and David Boston were running their mouthes every year and losing that wasn't respect. When Tressel had bomb sniffing dogs ready in 2002 that wasn't respect. Fuck OSU.
And the documentary did focus more on OSU specifically their fans. They didn't talk at all about the state of Michigan and how big Michigan football is in the state like they did with Ohio.
I always love the part though where Earle Bruce talks about how he went up to the press box in 1969 and some guy grabs him and says ''We're gonna beat your ass today, buddy!''

It's also heartbreaking to know that two of the good guys from that video are now gone (Bo and Mandich).
