Two people on the show, Rashida Jones (who plays Ann Perkins) and Rob Lowe (who plays Chris Traeger) are being written out of the show, and in the storyline they are moving to Ann Arbor, where IIRC Chris says he has a new job lined up at Michigan, which is why he said "Go Blue!" I thought it was great.
It should also be noted that the character Councilman Jeremy Jamm, D.D.S. is played by Jon Glaser, a Michigan graduate.

How did I not know that about Glaser? Delocated is one of the finest comedies of all time.
