I hadn't seen that one before. Very well put together.

By my quick calculations, watching it abou 1500 times will bring you to almost noon on Saturday.
Get to it.

I've already watched this video like 50x this week!

Plus one for posting and correctly naming it UM-OSU instead of Ohio State Michigan hype video.
November 23rd, 2016 at 9:54 AM ^
I believe the maker of the video is a Buckeye so it would make sense why he named it so poorly lol.

Glad you got it right BBB. Thanks.

There was a slight Buckeye lean, but that's ok. This might be #1 in the Fair and Balanced category.
November 23rd, 2016 at 11:19 AM ^
It was Buckeye heavy for sure. I think Des and CWood were the only two UM TDs shown.

I think this is the closest I've seen to someone splitting things right down the middle. They tried to balance every Michigan shot with an Ohio State shot, and vice versa.
Also, it's easy to miss the significance of some of the shots. It rewards careful watching--a shot some might interpret as a pro-OSU shot may actually be Tim Biakabatuka carrying three Buckeye defenders in 1995.

Why does the title list OSU first? O comes after M...
November 23rd, 2016 at 2:34 PM ^
Just to reiterate on this point: There were a number of Michigan TDs, including Anthony Carter and Mike Hart and Jim Harbaugh throwing to (I forget who, earlier in the 1985 game, not the long Kolesar bomb) and the epic Drew Henson naked bootleg that clinched what is still Michigan's last win in Columbus. Might be a couple that I didn't catch, too.
Yes, I rewatched the video to check. No, I'm not sorry. Yes, I am actually glad you made this (understandable, it's a quick-cut video) error to give me an excuse to watch it again. Upvote to you; it's all your fault.

You are absolutely correct. I rewatched it as well, and it is very even TD-wise. Bias is a powerful thing. Thanks for pointing it out.

Although the stakes on this game already had me pretty hyped and wishing that Saturday would just get here, the video definitely helps with that as well.
Actually, now I was Saturday to get here faster - where the hell is that DeLorean when you need it?
Thanks for sharing, OP.

Yep, that was made for the 2011 season. Still, I think it's great. It would be nice to have more recent footage though.

I loved the flipping back and forth through the Desmond/Woodson highlights. I flashed to the thought of how awesome it would be to win the game this year on a KR by Peppers.

I like the message and the inclusion of these two teams all-time stats. Puts into better perspective with absolute clarity the reason why this Rivarly Game is simply known as The Game and why its revered nationwide.

Great video, definitely seemed to lean a bit towards Osu but still awesome. Loved the music too, instant goosebumps.

Start another topic, found this longer hype video for this year, and it does not disappoint!

This can't be hyped enough!! Could be the best Saturday in a LOOOOOONG time!!
GO BLUE!!

Would be awesome if they played this on TV right before the game began.

I'm glad you brought this up. This video was great when it was released and is still among the best out there, with extra points for emphasizing the whole of the rivalry. I've already watched it a couple of times this week. A few. A handful. A lot. Whatever.
Beat Ohio.
