WTF I thought Pam Ward was re-assigned to the ACC.

I guess the ACC sucks so hard this year that they don't even have 4 games worthy of TV.

First no HD since comcast sucks and doesn't care ESPN-U in HD, now this.

Didn't think i had espnu, then found out we have had it this whole time.  Least i won't have to go searching for a bar to watch it at.

Interesting.  I've heard from a number of people that they have ESPNU but not a HD version.

I'm not so concerned about SEEING Pam in HD as having to HEAR her in any format.  I wonder if I have enough time to build an audio filter that makes her sound like Keith Jackson, and replaces ever inane, idiotic, or innacurate statement with "WHOOOOOOOAH NELLIE!"

Probably not.

Just in case someone thinks plastic surgery does any good, without even mentioning the weirdness of his drag-queen facial structure, what kind of implants is he sporting there on his shoulders?

Did he lose a bet with Michael Jackson?

I'd like to see Rufus Bobcat punch him.

Seriously, if you just covered him in acrylic fur, he'd be a mascot.  You wouldn't even need to change its name.  All the kids would say, "Hey, it's Carrot Top!"  That's a mascot name, right?

We just need to figure out which team from Mississippi or Tennessee is nicknamed "The Carrot Toppers."  We'd have a mascot for them.

Sucks that ESPN U isn't in HD if you have Comcast here in Ann Arbor...no HD + Pam Ward + a loss would make for a mighty poor Saturday afternoon. Not that I'm expecting a loss.

Doesn't look like it. On ESPN3.com, ESPN typically only streams games broadcast on other ESPN channels that are offered in the same programming tier (or games broadcast on regional networks with which ESPN has licensing deals). ESPNU is offered on an upgraded programming tier in most areas, so the only (legal) way to watch the game at home is to upgrade your cable.

No ESPNU in the Detroit suburbs and digital basic package Comcast.  I've got one of the Comcast Triple Play packages, can't get ATT U-verse, Satellite internet won't work with VPN. Don't want to pay Comcast any more money.  The cottage up north with cheapest Dish Network package has it, why not Comcast?  BECAUSE COMCAST BLOWS.

Thanks, I feel better now.

I'm thinking about using the radio feed for audio on this weeks video capture.  ANYTHING to not hear Pam Ward will help, but I actually liked listening to the radio last week.

Since it's not on BTN those that might not be able to access the game might find it on ATDHE.net

They are usually more lenient about the ESPN streams and won't take them down, so there shouldn't be as much trouble with the lawyers :)

are really trying to hide this game for some reason.  If you don't get ESPNU like me, I submit that MyP2P.eu is your best option.  If you want to take it a step further, there are all kinds of videos on youtube that show you how to connect your PC to your TV.

I'm deployed in Afghanistan, and ESPN360.com (espnplayer.com) won't let me on, because they're "not authorized in my region." So I am forced to watch the games "illegally" though I'd be happy to pay to watch them, I have no option to. Got to love the media. If anyone is in the same boat as me, I recommend justin.tv. However, due to my terrible satellite internet bandwidth, what I watch is nowhere near HD. Still, nothing better than working a 12 hour shift then staying up really late to watch the Wolverines! Go Blue!

First, I have to be honest, I am no longer on active duty. I was medically chaptered out of the Army last spring after 10 years. I'm now a contractor over here. I did deploy while I was on active duty, and I am deployed as a contractor now. I've only in the last few months been checking out mgoblog, I've always been a Michigan fan, but only recently started checking out fan blogs. Today I decided to join and post a little. I actually didn't intend to stay up as late as I did tonight (it's 12:51am here). But I got sucked into a couple of these threads. I've actually got tickets to the Wisconsin game when I'll be home on leave. Which I actually have a question about an will be posting a new thread to ask. Thanks for the kind words of welcome, and I look forward to a lot more mgoawesomeness...yeah that was kind of cheesy, but I don't care it's now 1am and i'm pretty tired.
