Thank you, sir. I will now move to the bedroom and the TV.
pretty good piece....Mattison hit the nail on the head...the biggest difference has to be the point of impact (Punch)!!
GO BLUE!
Andre Ware chose Michigan State as his favorite in the Big Ten followed by Ohio State and Nebraska. I'm sorry but I cannot see them repeating what they did last year. While their offense will be pretty damn good they loose the heart and soul of that defense.
Hopefully Michigan can step up this year and play to their potential and put Sparty back in their place.
I agree. The best I can see for Sparty is third, behind Nebraska and tSIO (either being on top, IMO). But better than those two is a stretch.
I see Nebraska and Ohio State on top of the Big Ten this year. I hope we can fill the third roll but thats a stretch. I truly think we have the talent for it. Its just can we string the pieces together.
I love how Greg Mattison stated that our trademark will be how we we hit.
and I also loved when Hoke said we can't be beat if the other team doesn't score. I have not been this excited for a new season in a very long time.
but I think Nebraska is going to lose some games to the tougher Big Ten opponents this year and fall outside that.
Agreed on the hitting and excitement!!
I think the Big Ten was alittle bit stronger last year than it will be this year. With that said I still the Cornhuskers to win it.
Yeah I am super pumped too.
I think they've neglected to take into account Sparty's schedule. I can't believe they really think MSU will win the Big Ten with this schedule:
@Ohio State
Michigan
Wisconsin
@Nebraska
Minnesota
@Iowa
Indiana
@Northwestern
They'll be lucky if they finish 4-4 in the Big Ten. Minnesota, Indiana and Northwestern are the only games they'll be highly favored in.
Yeah, they'll be lucky to go 4-4 with that schedule, I agree. I'm not even sure they win @NW. MSU doesn't fare well when they start slow, and with the start of that B1G schedule they'll fall on their face.
minus the Tat Five, though. If the game was in EL, I'd say Sparty would be favored by a score. In Columbus, I still think they'll have more talent on the field than the Bucks without Pryor, Herron, Posey, and Adams (throw in Thomas for the hell of it). If they win that, they get a open date before Michigan and then Wisco at home with a new QB ... I'd like to think they'll struggle early like WolvinLA suggests they might ... just not confident it's set up to happen.
I normally don't have a rooting interest the ND/Sparty game, but this year I hope ND demoralizes them.
I still have MSU losing at tOSU regardless of who is on and off the field
The correct answer?
The University of Michigan Wolverines will win the Big Ten this year.
Infectious.
Someone seriously have you a neg? WTF!?
Sparty crumbles whenever they have any expectations from the national media. I expect a 7-5 season from them now that anyone has picked them to win the B1G.
few big comebacks last year and theyre a 4 loss team. I don't think they got any better this season although Cousins is a Senior I don't think it will be enough. Any chance their RBs take a step back?
+1 for calling it CFB Live and not CFL, which makes me think of 12-man teams, rouges, etc.
Does it air tonight too? or only at 3:30?
In case you missed it, here's the link to watch the piece online:

that Jake Ryan will not be a pincher bug. There's lots of teaching going on in spring camp and I like it.
I agree.
I, too, am curious about this reference.
Hands inside, thumbs up...not waving in from the outside like a Pincher Bug's Pinchers...

EDIT: just noticed it's already attached above
I see more teaching in the videos this year than the past 3 combined. Is the media making it a point to show, are the coaches asking for them to show it, or was it not going on the past 3 years?
It's difficult to assume that this kind of instructions was not a part of the previous regime, but give the player testimonials in the video clip, it's safe to assume that the instruction was not there or it was pretty much worthless by today's standards. Given that the last season's coaches preached fundamentals as a focus on their plan, it seams like it was the latter and now that the right combination of talent, instruction, and technique is finally here, I could only rejoice at what this program has transformed to.
Thanks for the video, too. Meyer doing the road show, what's up with that!?!
Denard sometimes just runs too damn fast. He even said it himself.....
John Navarre had the same problem
