Ufer plaque and press box
There was a plaque next to the entrance to the old press box, commemorating Bob Ufer's 362 consecutive broadcasts of Meechigan football games. For those who went to the open house today, did anyone see the plaque? Hope they put it up in a deserving location.
The press box side was not open to the public. I didn't notice the plaque anywhere.

Recently an MVictors reader asked me about the status of the plaque of Bob Ufer that used to located on the entry to the press box. I asked Dave Ablauf about this today, he said the plaque is safely tucked away in the media relations offices and they are still working on what to do with it.
So, it appears that they too want to place the Ufer plaque in a deserving location.
