UConn Player Killed in Stabbing Incident
I did a quick perusal of the boards but didn't see anything...

A star UConn player died of stabbing wounds late Saturday night/Sunday morning, in a somewhat strangely placed fight outside a dance of some kind. If anyone can find ways of sending condolences or thoughts/prayers, please do feel free to post. Nobody deserves to go out in such a way.

no harm done, it's like 9 pages back. sad for the kid and his family (obviously), but sad for his coach too. i bet he never envisioned himself having to call a family and let them know their son was killed.

If it makes the front page of ESPN. Freep, Detroit News etc and it's been more than 24 hours it has probably been posted (twice or thrice) on mgoblog.
