UCLA Coach Jim Mora deletes Twitter Account

Submitted by DrWolverine23 on

Title says it all. Mora just deleted his Twitter account 30 minutes ago, leading a lot to believe he's headed to the NFL.

This would be HUGE, 5 Star QB Josh Rosen could possibly come (Edit: Westwood brings up that Rosen is an EE so this would be a longshot at best. Got too excited).

But 5 Star LB KLS, and Chris Clark would be heavy favorites to land at MIchigan.

So cue speculation, hope Mora just got himself a NFL job. Those three recruits would build momentum for the class.

If we land just two of those three that would be huge for Harbaugh's first year.

Please give up on this. It really isn't that funny. Do you realize how violent football is? Players are hit so hard they lose control of their bodily functions. Imagine the longterm toll this takes on their health. When you think about it that way, suddenly football isn't so entertaining.

At best, this kid had an embarrassing accident on national TV. At worst, he suffered some sort of physical trauma that was severe enough to cause this. Whichever it might be, it isn't worth laughing at.

Or for retweeting UCLA players' displeasure towards the whole jump over the line and try to kill the QB thing. Twitter rumor is that KSU players told UCLA players that Snyder told them to hurt the UCLA QB.

Also a new account is out there which is private @uclafbhc or something similar

KSU shouldn't have jumped the pile on the kneel down. Mora acted like a bitch to Snyder then deflected the questions at the press conference. He then got on Twitter like a 10 year old girl afterwards instead of addressing it in person. So, I'm going with he just defeated it. The Bruins looked pretty undisciplined during the game as well.

Mora has been linked to the Jets job. I'm sure with all the negativity being lashed out at him on the twittersphere, he just got fed up with it, and deactivated it. In regards to Rosen, I believe he is supposed to start class Monday or Tuesday, even after the JJH hiring he stated he was solid with UCLA. It would be nice for him to come, but in my opinion it will not happen.

I don't see Rosen coming over because he's already enrolled; if anything, this shows the danger of enrolling early for kids, especially with a Mora in charge.

This might open up some CA recruiting, though.
