Ty Isaac visit turns into an overnight
Paywalled link, but this turning into an overnight visit has to be good news for us.
Ty Isaac staying overnight at #Michigan after all - ($) http://t.co/63j1vkHv81

given any kind of timetable for his decision? Staying overnight, though, does seem to be a good sign...
...within the week (following the Michigan visit), as reported to Sam Webb.
That 2013 class would be one heck of a class if we landed Isaac in addition to all the other recruits we got.
I vote we retroactively add him in should he commit.
If we got Isaac in 2013, I doubt we would have continued recruiting Green. Now we can have both along with Smtih.
Slumber party?
There's a spot of nasty weather moving out of Iowa and into Illinois in the next few hours, so that in addition to the late hour could definitely amount to a good reason. That being said, of course, the more exposure and time that Isaac gets here with this staff, you would hope the better the possibility of him landing here. I wonder, of course, if he would go for the waiver to play right away regardless of his destination - it seems like he has indicated as much, but I could be wrong there.
Skilling'd
As in "Tommy Skillethead"? (or Tom Skilling, for those not familiar with Chicago radio comedy)
FWIW, we're getting hammered here in SE Iowa right now.
Glad you're having a good night, but how's the weather?
Bad dum tiss...
I posted a similar comeback on fb last night when one of my female friends mentioned getting "pounded."
Got a decent looking storm that was coming into Omaha at around 5 o'clock, and then the temperature dropped about 20 degrees and it just disolved. Was awesome to see though, it almost looked like a super cell.
If he does truly stick around for at least some of tomorrow instead of driving directly home, that certainly can't be bad at all.
Bow-chica-bow-bow!
So it's between us and Illinois?
I'm not a trained professional like....say....Miss Cleo or anything but I think this is a VERY good sign indeed.
They're going to RICK'S!
I hope Mr. Isaac brought some Affliction t-shirts, if this is the case.
This is what happened when I visited colleges in 1993, I assume it's the same.
Great name. They changed it to a phone/voicemail menu for registration while I was a student. I hope the Automatons of CRISP were able to find work doing something else. Maybe they get a percentage of the registration system profits ad infinitum like the former ABA owners.
34 year-old me is like "cool, I can go to Zingermann's and get a great sandwich! Maybe a cookie too!"
34 year-old me isn't awesome.
Just look at your wife. Silver linings my man, silver linings.
I was so young.
his parents say they will ask for a waiver on the 100 mile radius. Mom's problem is flying she has no problem driving as is evident from them driving here yesterday and back home.
