Tune In Alert - BTN Tomorrow(9-1) 7pm
There is a live broadcast tomorrow on the Big Ten Network tomorrow (Sept. 1) at 7pm EST. Based on the specualtion from the Hawkeyes Board, it will be the long awaited announcement of the football divisions. From Frank The Tank's Twitter feed...
Speculation that Big Ten divisions will be announced tomorrow on BTN at 6 pm CT (see Jon Miller's comments): http://bit.ly/aBjqa2

That wouldn't work, Michigan can't be in both.....

UM would have to be in the former since you certainly couldn't put OSU in the latter division.

Cue destruction of the "the game" in T minus 31 hours and counting.

If the announcement is being made tomorrow then the ADs (Brandon included) have been misleading us (see how PC I was there). There is no way that the divisions were not already decided a day or two ago and all of a sudden an announcement is being made.

but it is intriguing that there is an un-announced live broadcast on the BTN. The cryptic notes from the Iowa message board give a little more credence to the idea of an announcement.
From a PR standpoint, it would be brilliant as the Big Ten would be the most talked about conference heading into the opening weekend.

about Frank the Tanks blog. Kinda stopped reading it after the whole realignment settled down, but his division scheme is gold (http://frankthetank.wordpress.com/2010/08/26/message-to-the-big-ten-dont-create-the-new-coke-conference/)
Also, I'll be watching tomorrow with Ann Arbor Torch & Pitchfork on speed dial.

His divisions really are good. From what I can see, the breakdowns he describes are definately gold.

Will definitely be tuned in tomorrow to see what they decided on the divisions. If they did end up putting Michigan and Ohio State in seperate divisions it will be a sad day though.

Prepare to be sad.

Well then I guess we will know tomorrow whether or not our main rivalry is ruined or not. I'm hoping for the best. Let the pieces fall where they may. GO BLUE
