Pretty sure you meant WWL (WorldWide Leader).

Also, with as high as ESPN was on Richardson, I'd have to imagine that Lewis will be pretty highly ranked as well.

John Borton just posted a very comprehensive and insightful article on Rivals regarding Michigan's recruiting strategy & prospects by class (including 2013, 2014 and an early peek at 2015).  I don't know if it's behind a paywall or free but it's an excellent read and potential future reference...

Btw, Sam said that Pocic has not eliminated Michigan from his consideration. I believe Tremendous had tweeted that recently.

I am doing my best to try to find an appropriate thread to put this under and not start a new thread about Sparty tears so here goes.

I couldnt' help but read the link below MGoBoard about Bosch's recruitment by sparty on spartantailgate.  There is some unbelievable rationalizing going on there as one poster suggests that maybe Dantonio should change his "think about it and be sure you are 100%" recruiting style b/c Meyer and Hoke are picking up all the top level talent early (seems rational).  Then posters go on to say that "no, that is Dantonio's competitive advantage" over Mich. and OSU.  Dantonio is showing integrety and a concern for the athletes by making sure they are 100%.  Huh?  It is incredibly laughable that some of them actually think that way.  I know stars aren't the rule and they have done great things with lower rated talent just like Beilein has, but there is a correlation and we have every right to be excited.

Trying to take off the maize and blue glasses, I can't think of one thing Hoke has done that I have been the least bit ashamed of in terms of handling himself publicly and how his actions have been spun by the media.  This gives me no indication that he is "pressuring" recruits to make rash decisions.  I think Brandon has done a great job of restoring some type of approriate heirarchy in the athletic department where the football coach is a coach and a teacher and not an overpaid celebrity.  Hoke does not for one second think he is bigger than Michigan or more important than any of his athletes.  Consequently, his recruiting has been huge and they have not tolerated recruits who "commit" as a placeholder for the time being.

It makes me proud to be a Michigan alumni and fan and I feel that I can stand strongly behind my school, their athletic programs, and their coaches and be immensely proud.  Go Blue!

I read essentially every article on the Michigan Rivals sight and at the opening post and the first couple of subsequent comments on most MGoBoard items but don't recall hearing Jim Stefani's name.  I will admit that I was surprised (a) to hear that John Borton was a renaissance man dining in Italy; and (b) the article wasn't filled with goofy puns/analogies...

Its sad but true.  The NCAA seems to want to ingore this kind of stuff.  Meyer was no fool, nor was he ignorant.  He saw Saban and his craft ways, much craftier than his own and a bigger star, and decided to kill a program, act sick, instantly work for a company where he had to travel all the time (nothing like time at home with the kids, eh?) and then jump onto OSU and start instantly lying there.  Its like flies to shit man.

It was a fantastic weekend, and good for these players to get some respect.  Hopefully this will help them in further productivity this next year.  Haters will hate
