Tuesday Night Open Thread.

In case, they dont do a CIL...... Not a bad sports lineup. In addition to UM Hoops, we get a chance to see Sparty take on Texas. Texas is -9, btw. Should be an interesting game. There's also the Las Vegas Bowl which I wrote about at the JCB in todays bowl chronicles. Oregon State vs BYU......should be a fun game and we can tune in and hope and pray that the Talbot Brothers are too our defense in the futre the way the Rodgers brothers are now for the Beaver offense.

agreed - i paid 3 bucks for the first game, and it was horrible so BTN offered a freebie use for the next televised game on BTN.com which was ark-pb, and it too was terrible - - would much rather just listen to it online at mgoblue.com - and david merritt is a surprisingly good commentator, and has some good insight into the mentality of the team and the beilein system

but Novak's 0-4 from three. Him and Manny are on some serious cold streaks from behind the arc. For these guys to have a shot at the B10 they are gonna need both Novak's and Douglass' 3 point skills.

Watching the Texas-MSU game...anyone else getting annoyed by the clearly biased Texas PA announcer? I'm sure he wants Texas to win, but does he have to say "that's his FOURTH foul" when an MSU guy picks up a foul? It just sounds so amateur. I know Crisler's guy sometimes does that ("basket by MANNY HARRIS") but I really hope he never stoops to this level. Makes me appreciate the PA guys at Yost and Michigan Stadium, that's how it should be done.
