Simply stated. Sparty takes their injured and needing-sympathy team to Iowa City for a classic Big Ten showdown. Right now, ESPN.

Iowa lost this game so hard. They seriously sucked balls tonight. Holy terrible playing. And naturally the announcers are talking about the resolve Sparty has played with in order to "win" this game. Also Byrd making that 3 seriously pisses me off for some reason.

I listened to the BHGP podcast today, and the guy from theonlycolors mentioned how MSU was getting "screwed" by players hitting their FTs against them. Well, take today's game as whatever karmic justice you need as payback.

They both kind of sucked today. MSU didn't stop Iowa as much as Iowa couldn't hit a FT in the end to save them. Over the last 11:30 minutes, MSU scored 18 points. They were only in the game because Iowa scored 14 and missed a bunch of FTs. This wasn't a great performance by either team; MSU was just able to muck it up enough to win.
